Emotional eating is not simply about food. It is often about what the body is trying to regulate.
You know the pattern. You may even understand it. But in the moment, it can still feel stronger than you.
Food is the entry point. The work goes beyond food.
Emotional eating can become a way of regulating stress, overwhelm, exhaustion or emotional intensity. This course helps you understand what may be happening underneath the craving.
Each weekly session combines guided somatic practices, reflection, journaling, simple nourishment education and small-group sharing.
You will leave with practical tools to respond with more awareness, regulation and choice.
A clear weekly rhythm to learn, practise, and integrate what you discover in real life, with 6 live online sessions, guided somatic practices, a course workbook, weekly journaling prompts, small-group reflection, optional WhatsApp check-ins, a personal emotional eating map, and a final regulation and nourishment toolkit.
Tuesdays, 18:00–20:00 Canary Islands / UK time · 19:00–21:00 Central European time
Understand cravings, stress, and emotional eating more clearly, without reducing the work to control or shame.
Use somatic tools, journaling, and regulation exercises to create more space between emotion and action.
Reflect, share, and apply what you are learning so the work becomes usable beyond the sessions themselves.
Shame often grows in isolation, and emotional eating is often deeply private. In a group of maximum 10 participants, reflection becomes a place of recognition, support, and less self-judgment.
Each week builds on the one before it, with one clear focus, one practice, and one usable shift to bring into daily life. By the end of the course, you will have a clearer understanding of your emotional eating patterns and a personal toolkit to respond with more awareness, regulation, and choice.
Six consecutive Tuesdays, from September 22nd to October 27th, 2026.
18:00–20:00 Canary Islands / UK time · 19:00–21:00 Central European time
