Holosomatic Bodywork, breathwork and somatic support to reconnect with your body and nervous system.
Certified Somatic Bodywork Practitioner
When your nervous system stays in a state of alertness, even after the situation has passed. You may notice racing thoughts, tightness, restlessness, or difficulty feeling fully settled.
When ongoing pressure starts to show up physically through tension, fatigue, control, or difficulty switching off. The body can keep carrying stress even when the mind tries to move on.
When emotions, sensations, or thoughts feel too intense to process at once. This can make it harder to think clearly, regulate your responses, or stay connected to what you need.
When your system responds by going quiet, flat, numb, or disconnected. Instead of more activation, the body may protect itself by reducing feeling, energy, or presence.
When your body reacts as if it needs to protect you: rushing, bracing, overthinking, reacting quickly, or struggling to relax. These are nervous system responses, not personal failures.
When stress, body image, control, and nourishment are linked. Food patterns can become a way the nervous system seeks regulation, comfort, structure, or safety.
Begin here.
Embodika offers three different but deeply connected pathways: body, nourishment, and somatic integration.
A 1:1 somatic bodywork session using breathwork, grounding, body awareness and optional conscious touch to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration and reconnection with the body.
Holosomatic Bodywork works with the body as an entry point into the whole system: body, mind, emotions, nervous system, and spirit. A session may include breath, grounding, movement, somatic awareness and conscious touch with prior consent. The intention is not to force release, but to listen to what the body is holding and create enough safety for what is ready to move, soften, or be integrated.
Practical nutritional support for everyday eating, structure, self-trust and a more grounded relationship with food, without rigid control or perfectionism.
Nutritional Coaching may include support with meal rhythm, shopping, hunger and fullness cues, emotional triggers, consistency, and realistic habits. The focus is not to control the body, but to create a steadier, more practical, and more possible way of nourishing yourself in real life.
A body-based pathway for emotional eating, body image, control and self-trust, combining somatic awareness, nervous system support and practical food integration.
Body & Food Integration combines body-based work with practical reflection on nourishment. Rather than stopping at eating behaviour, we explore what the body may be trying to regulate, protect, avoid, or express through restriction, control, compulsive cravings, emotional eating, or disconnection. The work supports a slower return to body cues, emotional awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with nourishment and with your body.
Certified in Precision Nutrition
Practical, body-based support for how you meet stress, emotions, boundaries, food, and yourself in everyday life.
Notice sensations, tension, emotions and needs without leaving yourself.
Soften patterns of holding, bracing, control and constant effort.
Build simple tools to come back to yourself during stress or overwhelm.
Listen to your yes, your no, your rhythm, and what feels safe enough for you.
Explore food, body image, emotional eating and control as signals, not failures.
Support your system to process and integrate what words alone may not reach.
The approach is body-led, consent-based and trauma-informed. We work slowly with breath, sensation, movement and awareness, following what your system can meet.
Breath, grounding, movement, and somatic awareness can support your system to slow down, settle, and reconnect with safety.
Nothing is forced. The work follows consent, rhythm, choice, and the pace your body can actually meet.
Holosomatic Bodywork does not separate the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual parts of you. It listens to the whole system.
The aim is not only to feel something during the session, but to bring more awareness, steadiness, and self-trust into daily life.
Certified in Authentic Relating Levels 1 & 2
My work comes from both training and lived experience.
Before arriving here, I spent years inside a very functional life: structure, responsibility, performance. From the outside everything seemed to hold. Inside, though, the body was telling another story.
Over time I began to see emotional overload, tension, disconnection, and also the way we relate to food as meaningful expressions: signals of a nervous system trying to adapt, protect itself, and ask to be met differently.
Holosomatic Bodywork was a turning point for me because it offered me a way to slow down and listen from within, instead of forcing change from the outside.
Today I work in that same spirit: intimate yet grounded, gentle yet clear. Through Embodika by Malù, my work brings together Holosomatic Bodywork, breathwork, somatic awareness and Authentic Relating to create spaces where the body can be listened to with presence, consent and care. I hold a certification in Holosomatic Bodywork and training in nutritional coaching, and I offer sessions in Tenerife and online.

A Holosomatic Bodywork Journey
An immersive somatic experience to release accumulated stress, soften emotional tension and reconnect with the body in a deeper, more grounded way.

How often do you say yes, when something in you wants to say something else?
Co-facilitated with Micol, this experiential evening was inspired by Authentic Relating practices and created to explore authenticity with ourselves and with others. Through body-based exercises, relational practices, communication games and circle sharing, we invited participants to slow down, notice what was present, and practice a more honest way of meeting.
A session begins with a short check-in to understand what is present for you physically, emotionally, and mentally. From there, we work with the body through somatic awareness, grounding, movement, breath, Conscious Connected Breathwork when appropriate, and conscious touch with prior consent. The pace follows your body, your boundaries, and your nervous system.
No. Touch is optional, consent-based, and always guided by clear communication. Some sessions include conscious touch and some do not. Before any touch-based part of the work, we clarify what feels appropriate, what does not, and what your body needs. You can say no, pause, adjust, or stop at any time.
Breath can become a doorway into the body: a way to slow down, sense what is present, and support the nervous system with more awareness. When appropriate, I may also integrate Conscious Connected Breathwork practices.
It is not forced or the same for everyone: the breath is guided according to your rhythm, your boundaries, and your nervous system. It may be combined with grounding, movement, body awareness, and conscious touch with prior consent.
No. You do not need to arrive with a clear story, explanation, or goal. We can begin from what is present in the body: tension, numbness, emotion, breath, restlessness, or simply the sense that something needs attention.
No. Holosomatic Bodywork is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychological care. It is a body-based, trauma-informed space that can support self-awareness, regulation, emotional processing, and reconnection with the body.
Yes. In-person sessions take place in Tenerife, and online sessions are available when appropriate. Body awareness, grounding, breathwork, integration, nutritional support, and body-food exploration can all be supported online. Touch-based bodywork sessions happen in person.
If you want to work mainly through the body, start with Holosomatic Bodywork 1:1. If you want practical support around food, rhythm, and nourishment, choose Nutritional Coaching. If food, body image, emotions, control, and self-trust feel deeply connected, Body & Food Integration may be the best place to begin.
