Holosomatic Bodywork • Nervous System Regulation • Body-Based Support

Healing through the body
when words are not enough.

Your mind understands what is happening, but your body still feels tense, overwhelmed, guarded, or far away.

Holosomatic Bodywork is a 1:1 body-based session where we use breath, gentle movement, body awareness, grounding and, only if you want it, conscious touch. The work supports your system to slow down, listen, release tension, and reconnect with what is happening inside.

  • When understanding is not enough to feel different
  • When stress lives as tension, pressure, or control
  • When emotions feel too much to process only through words
  • When you want to feel safer, softer, and more present in yourself

Main offers

Ways of working together

Embodika offers body-based and integrative support through three distinct but connected pathways.

Holosomatic Bodywork 1:1

For when your body is carrying more than words alone can process.

A body-based 1:1 session to support regulation, release, and reconnection through breath, grounding, movement, and optional conscious touch.

More info

A session begins with what is present now: sensations, breath, tension, emotions, numbness, or the need to slow down. From there, we follow your system gently using body-based practices that support regulation, expression, and reconnection at your own pace. Depending on what feels right, the work may remain fully verbal and somatic or include conscious touch with explicit consent. The aim is not to force a breakthrough, but to create enough safety for the body to soften, respond, and integrate.

  • Initial check-in and intention
  • Body awareness and nervous system tracking
  • Breath, movement, or grounding practices
  • Optional conscious touch with explicit consent
  • Time for integration at the end

Body & Food Integration

For patterns where food, body image, control, stress, and emotions are deeply connected.

A deeper integrative path for people who sense that food is not “just about food”, but part of a wider relationship with the body, self-trust, stress, and emotional regulation.

More info

Body & Food Integration brings together body-based work and practical reflection around nourishment. Instead of focusing only on food behaviour, it explores what the body may be trying to regulate, protect, avoid, or express through patterns around restriction, control, cravings, emotional eating, or disconnection. The work supports a slower return to body cues, emotional awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with nourishment and self-trust.

  • Emotional eating and coping patterns
  • Body image and self-trust
  • Restriction, control, or disconnection
  • Stress and nervous system dysregulation
  • Reconnection with hunger, satisfaction, and nourishment

Approach

How the work is held

The body is not treated as a problem to fix, but as a place to listen.

Body first

We begin with what is happening in the body: sensation, tension, breath, activation, numbness, emotion, or the absence of feeling. The body gives information that words alone may not reach.

Consent and personal rhythm

Nothing is forced. Touch is always optional. You can pause, slow down, say no, or change direction at any time. The pace follows what your system is ready for.

Integration, not intensity

The aim is not performance, catharsis, or doing the “right” thing. The aim is meaningful change that can be felt, integrated, and brought into daily life.

Who I am

The path that brought me back to the body.

My work comes from both training and lived experience. Before this path, I spent years living in a more conventional and high-functioning way — moving through life with structure, responsibility, and performance, while my body was often carrying a different story underneath.

Over time, I began to see emotional overwhelm, tension, disconnection, and even the way we relate to food as meaningful expressions of how the nervous system is coping, adapting, and asking to be met differently.

Holosomatic Bodywork became a turning point for me because it offered a way to slow down and listen from the inside rather than forcing change from the outside.

Today I work in that same spirit: intimate yet grounded, gentle yet clear. I am a certified Holosomatic Bodywork practitioner and Nutritional Coach, and I bring together somatic awareness, breath, EFT tapping, conscious touch, nervous system regulation, and relational presence with attention to consent, rhythm, and the pace of the body.
