Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies specifically to enrolment in The Body Behind the Craving.

1. Enrolment requests and confirmation

Completing the enrolment form does not automatically confirm your place in the course. Your place is confirmed only once your enrolment has been reviewed and payment has been received.

2. Payment options

The course may be offered with a full payment option or an instalment plan. Where an instalment option is selected, the first payment is due at enrolment and the second payment is due 30 days later.

3. Cancellation by the participant before the course begins

If you need to cancel your place before the course begins, please contact malu@embodika.com as soon as possible.

• If the place can be offered to another participant, a refund may be considered minus any non-recoverable administrative or transaction costs.
• If the place cannot be filled, payments already made may be non-refundable, because the course is run with a small group and a limited number of places.

4. Cancellation after the course has started

Once the course has begun, payments are generally non-refundable. Your enrolment secures one of a maximum of 10 places in a live, small-group programme and the course preparation begins before the first session.

5. Missed sessions

If you miss a live session, the missed time itself is not refundable. The programme is designed as a live group experience and your place in the cohort remains reserved for the full 6-week process.

6. Instalment commitments

If you choose an instalment plan, you remain responsible for the full course fee once your enrolment has been confirmed, unless Embodika agrees otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellation or rescheduling by Embodika

If Embodika needs to cancel the course before it begins, any payments already received for that cohort will be refunded in full.

If a single session needs to be rescheduled due to illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed as soon as possible and a replacement date or alternative arrangement will be offered where reasonably possible.

9. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated if enrolment terms, payment arrangements, or practical delivery details for The Body Behind the Craving change. The version published on this page is the current version for this course.
